Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 15, 2023, Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc (the “Company”) announced that Kim Sablich, Executive Vice President and General Manager, US, will be departing the Company, and that effective as of December 31, 2023, Ms. Sablich will no longer serve in that role or as an executive officer of the Company.
